Planning Your Visit:
Cost:
The fee for guided tours is $2 per child with a minimum of 8 children. Pre-registration and a $15 deposit are required at least one month before the tour date to secure your reservation. The deposit is nonrefundable except when Plantations cancels the tour. Full payment is due on arrival unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Cancellations:
Tour organizers should plan to arrive promptly and latecomers can expect a shortened tour or even cancellation if conflicts in timing occur. Please call (607-255-2407) if you are running late. In the event of inclement weather and you decide to cancel, we will grant you a credit, in the amount of your deposit, towards a future tour.
Scholarships: Cornell Plantations offers a limited number of scholarships to cover the cost of the tour or your transportation. Call us to ask about details at 607-255-2407.
