Our semi-annual magazine, now in its 60th year, is small in size, but big
on information. Our goal is to keep readers up-to-date on the ongoing research, outreach,
and other education being done at Cornell Plantations, as well as at botanical gardens and
arboreta, around the world. We feature articles on horticulture, ecology, botanical
research, and ethnobotany, and lots of tips on gardening and landscape design. Authors
range from Cornell University faculty to Plantations staff and volunteers. True to our
original mission statement, we still aim "to print articles and pictures that may be
pleasurable or helpful to those who delight in things that grow." The magazine is a benefit
of membership in Cornell Plantations.
